Investigators believe that the victim, 47-year-old Sabrina Ruffin, was driving a 2000 GMC Yukon and was traveling southbound on U.S. 49, when she was struck by 24-year-old Clinton Hoover, who was driving a 2017 Toyota Corolla. Although few details were released about what exactly led up to the terrible and fatal alleged DUI car accident, reports indicate that Ms. Ruffin died at the scene of the accident from the injuries that she sustained. Meanwhile, Mr. Hoover was arrested by Mississippi police and he was charged with aggravated DUI charges.
